How We Work
- We will remotely access your computer using our secure remote control system. We can access any computer anywhere in the world.
- You will be able to watch us perform our magic.
What does Support Cost?
- General remote support is $60 per hour. We will tell you if it will go over 2 hours.
- Server and network support is $125.
- On-site support is $125 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. On-site support is available in the San Francisco Bay Area.
